I came by to look into a group block for an upcoming family event and having never been in here the manager Leslie was kind enough to let me look around. She showed me different rooms that my family could stay in and they were all neat and clean with a very comfortable layout. The hotel was beautifully updated and though the restaurant was not yet open she allowed me to take a few photos to send my family. I peeked into a couple of the areas for meetings and events and really like how it was laid out. The staff were all very friendly and kept everything neat and clean. I definitely recommend booking an event and rooms here.
I am on day 4/4 of staying here. Such a cute and cozy place. I loved my room it was like a mini apartment with a plethora of natural sunlight and it was quiet. They have a beautiful atrium in the center as well. The staff were very friendly from the housekeepers to the front desk and management. Would love to return when im back in the area.
We were there for an event. Everything was amazing. Food was awesome, people working were very nice and made the party so much better. Oh and let's not for get the desserts they had the best chocolate cake and was told the other choices were amazing. Definitely would book and event here.

Was here for a meeting. The meeting space was nice, very quiet venue. The food was ok, not great but overall met our needs.
Rooms were not fussy, but were clean and comfortable. I never found the continental breakfast listed on their website (though to be fair I didn’t have time to ask), unsure if it was in the restaurant or not. When I accidentally left something in my checked-out room, the staff kindly found and held onto it for me to pick up. I appreciate it a lot!! The only major thing I’m surprised that no other reviews mention are the trains. If you haven’t been to downtown Findley, there is a train yard nearby and even through the night the trains are CONSTANTLY blowing horns (video example attached). Earplugs and leaving the fan on worked well enough. I had a north facing window, and the video is with the windows closed. Not the hotel’s fault by any means but good to know for out-of-town-ers.
Great customer service from front desk, not from the area and we were looking for a room and she was kind and accommodating to us! Beautiful building and rooms are amazing!
After the mixed reviews we were reluctant to stay here but the stay ended up being more than adequate. Everything was clean, staff were nice and the location was great being close to several restaurants and bars. Will stay here again. Also, there is a restaurant and bar at the hotel that is supposedly good. However, it was closed on the Monday we were there.
